I got an invitation in an express entry in the last draw. My wife is accompanying me.
my question is that after marriage, her name did not change, only there is a change in her surname.

What will come in this question - 'has this person ever changed her name before? "

yes or no ????????????


if yes, what documents I need to submit for the same.

Hope you got your answer by now. If not.. The ans is Yes. and the supporting document is Marriage Certificate (assuming that she has accept the same surname as yours)
