Did you do your medical upfront? Or you were advised by IRCC to do the Medical? Are you on Express Entry, under PNP?

I was advised by the IRCC, instructions came from London VO as I am a resident of Abu Dhabi. There was no express entry yet when I applied for MPNP, it was paper-based.

Hi guys, Could you please help me.
I have just got my PR visa as main applicant through Ontario Provincial Nomination. thanks to the flight limitation, I have to land in Vancouver first and because my wife has some relatives there, we want to stay there for a couple of days. (I have bought ticket to Toronto only for myself ). Then I will go to Toronto without my son and my wife to stay and live there.

According to the previous posts, does anyone know will this matter (not having Toronto ticket for my family and not taking them there) cause a problem in Vancouver airport and in future? In fact my question is: is it important for CIC and Ontario province that someone settles in Ontario by himself and not with their family?
Thanks

Say, i'm seeking to get nominated in order to get the work permit and PR this February, but i won't be able to travel to Canada until July or August. If i applied for nomination, how long do i have to actually apply for the Permit and Residence?

Hi all,

My brother law completed express entry profile (439 points) and then received an email from OINP for PNP offer. We live in Alberta...so he prefers to settle in Alberta....has anyone refused a PNP offer? if so, does this mean he will not get future invitations? He thinks that if he accepts the OINP offer, he won't be "visible" to other provinces PNP (for those that access the EE database)....what are your thoughts? Sorry, I have posted similar questions in 2 other threads...just hoping for some info :) I also don't want him to 'milk' the system...if he accepts OINP I expect him to land / look for work / settle in ON for at least a year or so....if he finds it too expensive to live there, then he can move to Alberta and live with us while he looks for work here...

Final question...if he is in a contract in his current country, can he land within the required timeframe, return to his current country and finish the contract there before coming back to Canada (contracts are usually min 2 years)?

Thank you so much in advance :)

C.

If I have been approved for BC PNP under Skilled Worker category, which means I have a job offer from a company, after landing in Vancouver and getting my COPR, what happens if I resigned after a few weeks of working from the employer that offered me the job for the BC PNP but still plans to settle in BC?
