Hey guys, hope you're all doing great, especially with filling/submitting your e-APR :)

I've submitted mine (AOR Sep 18), and now what's worrying me is that apparently timeline down to PPR is much much longer for those who hold Nominations than those who got ITA without it. At least I can see some people confirming it + MyImmitracker shows 1-2 months for Medical stage, and even more for others.

Do you think we'll all have to wait decision about 5-6 months despite of generally positive trend of better processing times last months?

Congratulations First!!

so what's next?

1. Accept nomination in EE profile
2. Score jump by 600 (can take max 24hrs to update score)
3. Receive ITA in next draw

till then arrange all docs..
I accepted that the score is 1032...any idea when can be next draw?

You are right brother! direct ITA people are getting PPR now a days within a month of AOR. But the timelines for PNP cases are same, almost 6 to 8 months, currently people from Feb & March 2017 are getting PPRs. Some people are speculating that starting from July AOR onward this timeline will be reduced to 4 months, We need to wait for another month to see whether its true or not.

In my opinion, we do need to be patient as per current trend its at least 6 months from AOR till PPR for PNP. So Hang on August & September AOR! start worrying about your application after Feb 2018 at least.

Hi all, when we had our pictures taken, it is 50x70mm and I requested they be sent to our email. However, the version they sent isnt cropped. Do you guys use any app to crop? I tried persofoto and while they do have 50x70mm, whrn I opened the dow loaded file on GIMP, it wasnt registering as 50x70mm so I am uncertain how I could measure the face.

Please help! What did you submit in your eAPR?
I submitted 50*70 mm. You do need to crop anything, your photographer might already took this specifications in consideration if you showed him the pdf photo specification page from CIC before taking the photograph.

You can attach what your photographer has sent to you. The min. specification is 35*45 mm and recommended one is 50*70 mm.

I am so confused right now about the size. The photographer has cut my photo but gave me the un-cropped version through mail. I think I will just scan my 50x70mm hardcopies and attach that.

Thanks anwar for responding!

Hi all and @BillHyatt, I haven't seem to have read anywhere but after being given COPR, is there an deadline to land? I know medicals will expire 1 year after you take your medical exam.

Yes, the landing needs to be done before visa expires. That's is the earlier of Medical Expiry and Passport Expiry dates.

In some cases date of Expiry may be different.

I hope this will help.

Not sure to be honest if I did really follow exact requirements for the digital photo ,only did hat for the physical one and asked for a digital copy in general...I hope they wont reject any application because of these measurements .
