CIC came back & asked for the same document again saying i didnt upload it the first time which i did... grrr

Mine changed from "We need more documents..." to "We do not need additional documents".
Also, Background check changed to "We are processing your background check".

Yes I did! I guess that is the reason for the change in status. Went back to "We don't need any documents at this time" after a few days.

For me, it was about two weeks. It changed back to "we so not need" at the same time as BG changed to IP2.

Me too! My cic says we need more documents! I got my PPR yesterday. I guess they just don't bother updating it! Your message was really helpful during the waiting time!

Is it confirmed that this msg is because of ordering gcms or there could be any other reason?
I am on ip2 since 29th sept.

i have seen the initial msgs of this thread that this is may be due to requirement of internal information.
However i ordered notes 20 days ago and got this status change yesterday.
Did u talked to the cic agent or emailed them?
