It doesn’t allow me to create an account I don’t know why

Hello. My tracker account shows everything as completed and COPR document number is also generated and there was ghost update on GC key account too. But now in my GC key account "Review of additional documents" is showing as "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided". Has this occurred with someone or has someone seen anything like this before?

Yes I put uci application number, name surname and date of birth when I click next it says I can’t create an e

This is the message that pop up after putting everything correctly

And all the other things are passed like eligibility and medical and criminality and no need fingerprint and interview .
then they put we are reviewing the feedback .
do anyone know how much time rest to give the visa ( work permits) it took long 4 months

I submitted APR on 11th May. I got a request for additional documents i.e. " A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature " on 24 May 2023.

Submitted IMM 5669 on 28th May.

Status since 29th May is asunder:

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

• On May 29, 2023, You passed the medical exam.

• May 29, 2023, We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

• You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

• We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Could anyone tell :
(i) If the call for additional documents is bad or good.
(ii) When the decision is likely.
