As i upload my study permits my work permit with my application even specify about my USA visa refusal in the application.
And i holds valid visitor USA 10 years visa got in January 2018, I scanned and upload with the application as well.

As i upload everything (study permit+work permit) with my application. And I also mentioned about my USA study visa refusal in the application.
So still, Do i need to send the amended copy of the application form to canada and delhi visa office or not?

As they are not starting the eligibility review of my application.
I will send them CSE and email to delhi and chd visa office.
