At the time of entry into Canada I was not having a Canadian address and hence, address for PR card delivery was not updated. Immigration officer provided me with a form which I had to fax when I would have an address. The address could also be updated online by updating information in Address notification tool.(this information was also in the form provided by the immigration officer)
Now, when I am trying to update the address, my information (UCI, Application number, COPR number) is not found in the Address notification site. As a result I am not able to update my address.(Link: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=coanotify)
It is more than a month since I first entered Canada. Is any one else facing the same problem wherein the information pertaining to self is not found on the Address Notification site.
As of now I have raised a CSE. Would that be sufficient or I need to fax the address update form.
Or is it that I am doing something wrong?

Give IRCC a call to get an update about the status of your PR card.

I already mentioned this but here goes again in a little more details.
So I landed on May 13 so I should have received it around July 16 (63 days or whatever), right. Wrong and that's why it confuses me. I called them and talked to agent. Was told that I will receive my card on arnd August 8. Why I asked. Because the waiting period begins from the date you change address in the system, they replied. I indeed struggled to changed the address through the website but that's not the point. My point is what if I decide to change my address now? Am I going to have to wait another 63 days. This is kind of strange.

No, the counting starts from the day you do the landing and not from the date you change the address. This is confirmed by IRCC officer to whom I spoke this week. No worries, you can proceed and change the address and the PR will be mailed to whichever address you specify.

You can change the address within the interface of ECAS when you log in. If you are not able to login at all then fax it and also call IRCC so they can update it on the spot. Raising a CSE does not help at all, I'm telling you this from my experience, where they never replied.

that is 85 days. may 27 plus 63 days to process is July 29.
I know, but in the worst case scenario and considering how slowly IRCC works on producing a plastic card then you should be fine until August 20th. I landed on May 3 and still did not get them and today is 77th day.

ECAS is not working for me, not able to login. Would go with the other options which you have talked about.

Thanks.

Any letter will be mailed to your consulting.

(landed May 13)

My wife and my younger daughter have just received their cards today.
Me and my elder daughter haven't.
Anyone knows if this kind of thing can happen? Anyone also received cards for the family separately?

Thx

Yes, this happens a lot and usually the other outstanding parties receive theirs within a week.
