photo sent 2nd August

Card received 25 August.

Applied for PR in Nov of 2011. Landed on the 26th July 2016!!!!!... PR card sent out on the 2nd Sep, I received it in the mail on Sep 6th...Finally it is DONE!!!!!!!!!

Landed at Pearson on July 31, PR card received on September 8.

I had old (smaller photos) on my COPR and while landing at the airport, I gave new photos to the officer who has removed the old ones and attached the new ones to the COPR.

Has anyone's friend/ family/ relative shipped his PR cards outside Canada? Especially in cases where the new residents just did soft landing and left to return later.

I have landed on Feb22nd and got a letter for retake Photos on around Apr middle.

We have send the photos by 1st week of May and till now I havent receive our PR cards.

Did contacted them every month but as usual they dont have any information.

im totally clueless on when and how to apply for PR card. I would like to ready myself for any documents required for it after i get my passports back from IRCC.

would anybody be kind to give me a short background list of when and how to apply for PR card?

@jay 80: You will be applying for PR card when you land.

I am not sure what IRCC is. I am guessing it is PPR from one of the CIC office. Once you receive your passport with Immigrant visa, it shows an expiration date. You will have to perform 'landing' procedure by entering Canada before that expiration date. You will get your COPR document along with the passports. You will need to present that COPR and passport with immigrant visa when you land. During the landing you will have to hand out an application (for each applicant) to apply for a PR card to the immigration officer. I hope this is clear enough.
