We submitted case specific Enquiry on 21 July as well ... but still we didn’t get any feedback from them.

Could you please let me know when you create the enquiry you choose ( which Type of application / enquiry ) ??

I can see this is the second time they are asking you to submit the photo.

1st request is on April … and 2nd request is July.

On the first request … did you take the photo from the same photographer or you change him.

please take my advice and search for someone who is dealing with embassy photos this time

April 1, 2016 - Online status updated to "Medical results have been received"
April 07, 2016 - Decision made
You entered Canada at the Etobicoke office on May 11, 2016 and became a Permanent Resident.

This is my spouse Timeline. I was landed one month beofre him.
1.We received your application for permanent residence on July 2015.
2.We started processing your application on May 25, 2016.
3.Medical results have been received.
4.You entered Canada at the Etobicoke office on June 13, 2016 and became a Permanent Resident.

Permanent Residence Card received it took 48 days from landing to be completed and delivery. My spouse is still waiting on his since he was landed one month after me so it should be here soon.

I have been in contact with CIC call center for the past year by phone and I always had a very good experience with all the agents I spoke to all of them were very helpful and I always got the correct information from them. I was never dissappointed when they told me they sent email to follow up with my case or any request I had.

Thanks for suggesting . Photos req was done in April n took in London drugsmart n thy know n did take photos for immigrantion process . I perceive that photos are missing n thy requested again . I hope thy ll process quickly . First time mistake was done by submitting by regular post which had no tracking . Now we hv taken photos n sent with tracking

Hi All

Called up CIC for PR cards
PR cards for me, Spouse and Kid all dispatched on July 18th, Landed on May 30th

I had used UPS mail box and they had informed me today that they have received few mails from Govt of Canada.

They will not Forward it to other address as it says DO NOT FORWARD on envelope
I am planning to collect it in person this weekend or by mid next week.
