Did you try to get an update from the call center? Also did you do landing through a land border or at the Toronto airport.

Landed on May 7, 2016 rainbow bridge, got PR Card in the mail yesterday July 14, 2016 . Card was mailed on July 4, 2016. I am in Downtown Toronto.

Wish everyone good luck and receive the card very soon.

It was despatched to me on 4th July 2016. My landing date was 5th May 2016. Now starts the wait for the Health Card !

Good Luck to the rest of you ! Just have patience. It will come...

Why are you still waiting for health card, you can get it right away using your landing PR paper!

Dispatched: 4th July 2016
Received: 14th July 2016

Wish you all the best.

Hi guys, my family and I landed o 30 May and became P R. We are expecting cards by 31 st July, my wife will post my card to me in home country where I have returned on July 2. But I left photos with her, in case they request.
I have a worry, when I left Canada my passport was not stamped by immigration, but was only stamped at the immigration in my home country. Is this OK?

Yes it is ok. Canada and US exit is not stamped in the passport. That being said, the exit is recorded though and the information is picked electronically from the airline.

He landed in Toronto airport.

Your best bet is calling the agent and getting an update from them. They should be able to tell you if it is processing or if it has already been mailed out.

Landed Feb 23, new photos received April 25 and still nothing according to the agent this morning. They say the photos were received on June 29, which is more than 2 months after the photos were actually received by them. That's the only note on file since then. I don't understand why someone who submits new photos should wait this long >:( .

Hi MySky,

Did you try calling them or did you sent an inquiry? I would strongly suggest you to send another inquiry. My wife sent an inquiry 3 weeks ago and she got a reply this Tuesday telling her that her PR Card was mailed out on 6th of July. I think the agents are just telling you usual stuff to just move on to the next person in the line. I am sure your card has been processed and who knows probably mailed out as well. Keep your hopes high!

Hi Edmonton,
I've never sent an enquiry. I should perhaps do it now as it is getting ridiculous. Is this where I should send it?

Thanks!
