I feel really bad for you. You should definitely contact CIC through email or through phone and demand some form of explanation. There is absolutely no level of consistency and diligence when it comes to performing these tasks. They are responsible for providing some form of reasoning as to why it takes so long or as to WHAT was wrong with previous photo resubmission. Pathetic.

I re submitted photos in April. CIC received them on april 25th and I am wondering by when will I receive the PR card

Last time when I spoke to an agent over phone (last monday), I was told that there is a general delay of three weeks and we may expect some thing around mid June. Hopefully we all get our PR cards soon. Eagerly waiting for mine.

The problem is every single agent tells a different story. There is no level of consistency with the call center agents or the staff issuing PR cards.

Mine came in the mail. But some people here are saying they got theirs through email. and some people are complaining that they found out about photo resubmission when they ACTUALLY contacted CIC through phone when it was over 58 days.

Landed on 6th April at Toronto, Received PR card on 6th June.

I landed on April 7th. I am still waiting for my pr card. I contacted cic and the call centre agent said she will put a note stating that the regular processing time is passed and action needs to be taken. I am going to check my mail box more frequently since those who had landed around April 2/3 and recently received their pr cards....
