i called them today and they ask me for new photo

1. what i suppose to send with photo ???
2. they didnt give my address
3. have to send just a photo and my name in back without any thing ?
4. how many day ganna take after send ???

please help my everybody

Guys I called again and they're requesting for a new photo. The rep will send me an email.

I then asked why last time they told me the card is under production but now they need the new photo, the rep starts to stutter and said she can only see from the note from the production team that they need the photos.

I guess it's another 100 days. I'm really disappointed with them and what's worse is that we just don't have a contact window to complain.

Why we do not take action ? May be we should write some letters showing that the process is not fair, and that there is no any regulation for applications after photo request.
May be we can write this to any MP ?

No one knows. I asked how did it make to the production last time then. She says it can happen. Anything can happen. I asked about how long it's going to take now. She says there is no defined processing time after a photo retake is requested. We are living in 2016 huh?

The exact same thing happened to us. After a week ago hearing that the card is approved, and in production we got an email that new photos have been requested.. This is incredibly annoying as my husband (the PR) needs to travel for work and will need to apply for the travel document (and who knows if the cards will even arrive in time..). Does anyone know if there is an issue for him to re-take the photos outside of Canada? He was literally on the plane when he got the confirmation..

Someone resubmit the photo at the beginning of Nov and recently got the card.

The exact same thing happened to us. After a week ago hearing that the card is approved, and in production we got an email that new photos have been requested.. Permanent Resident card - Photo retake required

If you applied for a Permanent Resident card (PR card) and the Case Processing Centre requires that you provide new photos, you must send them according to the photo specifications with a Supplementary Identification form (IMM 5455) to the following address:

4 months to get the revised card?? That's insane. I saw somewhere else it might take 2 weeks for production, hopefully its closer to that than 4 months.. incredible.

You know it's very inconvenience no local photo ID as no PR card. The timeframe getting PR card seems longer than applying sponsorship. It's very ridiculous

Count me in as my wife PR card timeline is same as yours. Landed Sept 28th, 2015 and called agent so many times and she keep saying that the card was sent to production and photo should be no problem. Agent said, Send notes on 17 Feb, 2016 to card production. Good luck for all.

new pic sent out on 16th Feb and they received on 19th Feb
Today received email that they have received Pr card application on 01st November,
So i don't know what this means ?????

You know what? What you've been told is exactly as what I heard, and they sent the note to production team on the 17th of Feb as well.
