Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Guys I called them like a thousand times and sometimes they said my card was under production, and sometimes they said it was only in process (not under production).

Do you think my photo is okay? I remember one time a rep told me if it was under production then the photo should be fine.

I am on the same boat. Just called and they said they sent a photo resubmission request. What can I say. After 150 days. so far it was in production. Now wait few more months. Wow CIC.

Really? "In process" means not still in production?

They told me that on the phone and also after I sent and email using the case specific inquire link... I thouhgt in process was "general", and it could be anywhere but they wouldnt tell me. At least I specifically asked about my photos and was told everything was ok.

But still waiting and If I dont get it in the next 3 days will have to fly without it next week. :-[

So it has been 41 days for me.

I just called CIC and they said- There has been a glitch and its taking a little longer. Please call back on 19th March if you haven't received it till then.

Last week they told me to call after March 3rd... I hope it wasn't just a random day to keep me away.

Sounds like they are asking people to Call back in 60 Days Vs 39 days.

Unbelievable!!!!!
My app was approved and send to producing-printing on January 25th 2016.. When I call on feb 5th cic told me they made some mistake on my card and they are going to re print my card
On 24th of February when I call they say the same ..to wait until March 6th and After that they can take action ..
I just called cic again .. They send me letter for new photo.. UNBELIEVABLE!!! After 142 days and "approved" and
"Printing" and " re printing" they need new
Photos ..
They are FU**IKG ..

I think we will all get PRC with our old pic.. I have feeling that CIC just buying some time with this photo retake ..
Otherwise why they ask me for new one ? Because my card was approved and senses out for printing on 25th January and week later when I call cic they made some printing mistake and they need to re print .. So that's mean my pic was ok .. How come now isn't

No one knows. I asked how did it make to the production last time then. She says it can happen. Anything can happen. I asked about how long it's going to take now. She says there is no defined processing time after a photo retake is requested. We are living in 2016 huh?

They told me same thing. My card was printed on january 11 but due to technical error they didnt sent me (God knows what kind of technical error occured, and how come in our card only?). till last week everything was fine and suddenly requested new pics.

Landed on Dec 09,2015 along with my wife and daughter at Toronto. Called CIC today and lady told me that they need new photos for everyone. Surprisingly a note was added in their system on Feb 4 for new photos but I didn't get any notice... Going to send new photos tomorrow.
