First of all, it's Ottawa, not "ottwa".
Send them the copy of your RPRF receipt along with a printout of their letter with registered mail. And request ATIP to see if they actually recovered the fee.
Very easy thing to figure out that it was a typo. Thanks for your correction though. Yes, I did get another from them in the evening saying it was a bug.

Can anyone PLEASE answer my question.

I landed on October 28th and have my COPR. Three weeks after landing we moved to a new address and I have updated the new address on ECAS ( I changed it back in December and it updated on the site)

Which address are they going to send my PR CARD too?? My COPR document shows my old address

Do the people who make the cards check the addresses on ECAS before they start making it? If not I will be screwed.....

Just called CIC agent and informed her about my PR card status (108 days and counting). She checked the status of my application and told me that the status is 'Open' and she will send a reminder to the processing authority in Sydney. When I asked for the timelines, she told me that At max it takes 3 months for them to process the application, but since your application has crossed the application processing time so they would treat my application on priority so you might get it in appx 3-5 weeks, but not guaranteed. When I asked for my spouse and child's appl status, she said that its the same and she would send a reminder for 3 of us.

Suggestions for all:
1) Call CIC once or twice if you have crossed the application processing time (presently 90 days). I called on the number: +1-613-944-4000. Can be called from outside canada. Total conversion including wait time: less than 20 min.

2) Ask separately for each of your family member's PR card status.

Hello Guys,

I have some important information to share which will clear some confusion which many of us had till now. Many of us assumed that on CIC website when it says (Does not include document mailing time (up to six weeks) means once application is processed and the time it takes to deliver the card to us. Apparently this is not the case. This document mailing time is the time when we land in Canada and when CIC actually receives the application from Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Now from some locations or border crossing this time may be shorter than the others i-e two weeks or may be three weeks. However maximum it is six weeks.

Therefore when we count our processing time we have to add up to six week of mailing time from landing date. We landed on 7th Oct and I called CIC today and told agent that it has been over 100 days whereas on website processing time is 90 days. She told me that I am not counting six weeks mailing time and if we count that then we are still within processing time and we should expect to receive cards in the second week of Feb. In other words processing time + 42 days. Once card is printed then canada post doesn't take more than 4 to 5 days to deliver it.

I hope it helps everyone.

Wow, thanks! That really does make a LOT of sense and explains the randomness whereby people are receiving their cards in random orders based on their landing dates. We should have expected that the border agents aren't as excited about getting this done as we are, and don't necessarily drop what they're doing and run to the post office at the first available opportunity (like we as applicants do, LOL).

Yes you are right. However it could not be six weeks for sure as most of us assumed earlier :)

The Government just wants to play safe, so they privide us with these ridiculous timelines although it's very own Post, which is a crown corporation, delivers the PRC envelopes in a few days.

If this seouriy is correct is it linked to any ECAS update

What I mean is when your status change to complete do we start the counting of the 90 day ?
