Honestly the system is very poor. Especially not being able to track the status of your card and the initial anxiety of emigrating to a new country is quite difficult to handle. Luckily I am based in US and I just have to drive back and forth so it is not a problem for me (I can do that using my COPR), but having a PR card in hand will be really nice. Especially since I am looking at a potential job which will need me to drive back and forth every week.

Has any one landed around October 18th? We landed on October 18th and updated our address on the CIC webpage on Oct 22nd.

Thanks,
Sachin
