what is the number to call cic, they are saying that we are experiencing high call volume since past 3 days ! which number are you guys calling on?

I landed on 31st October 2015, and I had to leave to go to my home country in December my husband is there so he will receive the PR Card when it comes in but on the site it said 45 days when I landed n at airport immigration told me 4-6 weeks now its been 2 months. Any suggestion on what to do? Or should I apply for Solemn Declaration Concerning a Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Never-Received Permanent Resident Card as I need to return to Canada in about 2 months. Any suggestions or tips?

Can someone please help me ? When I called customer service centre, they told thats its in process thats it. I again sent new photos on 21 Dec by registered post along with IMM5451E (Form for CONCERNING A PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD THAT WAS LOST, STOLEN,DESTROYED OR NEVER RECEIVED).

Please guide me if I am on right track and when can I expect PR card.

Hello All,

I landed on 6th July 2015. On 12 th Oct 2015, I have received a letter from CIC to send the photographs again in order to process the PR card as earlier photos were not matching the specification. I sent the photos on 13th Oct 2015 till the date I have nt received PR card.

Please let me know what steps I need to take as their is no concrete answer from CIC call centre.

Please help me out if anyone faced same situation.

okay one thing I checked is when
I logged from my COPR number today to ECAS b4 I was logging in from my application # and address of me and my husband was mailing and current home adress was the same but now when I logged in from COPR # it shows my previous country's address but home address is from Toronto. What should I do it''s been 2 months since I landed and I just saw this . HELP

At the time of landing they as you your address of where you will stay and I told them. But do you have to update your ECAS about mailing address also??
I wasn't aware of this so when I was logging in through my app number application number it didn't show but when I logged in through COPR number on ECAS it shows my home adress is updated to the one in Canada but the mailing adress is the one of my country where I had initially told them when I filed my application. So is that gonna be a problem?

hi... i called cic call center they said jan 13. if i dont received it, call them again. I have a question? Im going to travel first week of jan. Is it hard to get PRTD (travel document)? What is the timeline? Canadian embassy manila... thank you very much!

Of course irregularities due to officers ineeficiency , rush , mismanagement and postal delays.
Maybe i am wrong..
All documents are transferred to nova scotia pr card processing dept after we land and all are processed by distribution of cases to different officers.

Those who got the photo retake request please reply to the second question...

No probleme. They send the pr to the home address and not to mailing so thats normal.
Its a hood thing that you can log in with COPR. The members here noticed that when you can log in woth CORP thst means they started processing your application

In our case also i am able to log in with our uci and copr as well.
Does that mean they have started processng our case??
I have not noticed this before your message.

Yes some members noticed that. Its just an observation. New permanent residents cant log in with theor CORP I lamded in 12 november and i cant log in

Last landed who received was takhan 30th sept- landing date.
