It starts from the day you Landed...

The day you land. However, the expiry of the PR card is 5 years from the day it is printed.

Guys, Need your suggestion, Became PR resident on 25th and left Canada on 11 Oct due to job commitment. My friend received a letter for photo retake for PR card and its clearly mentioned in the letter that photographer mentioned its studio name with address & the date when photo was taken. How I can achieve without informing them I am out of Canada.
