Do you think it will be adjusted after holidays?

Since I have seen CIC website, I noticed that every long holidays the processing times was increased and After that was decreased again. Hopefully, Cic will reduce the processing time again after New Years.:) ;)

Hi,

I don't understand how the photos are not good, I landed in October was an island application. I got the letter to come on landing interwive and the officer look at the photos and told me they are good.

Way do you think island photos are not good? When photos been verified by landing officer. ?

Thanks

Happy holidays

you are applying from inside Canada and this is the reason , if you apply from outside so prior to issue the COPR they should verify the photos.

iam not sure of this 100% but I believe all the rejected photos are for the inland immigrant not from outside .

so if any one have similar case please share with us

Hi everyone,

My friend has landed oct 8 and still no card :(

Do u think they may still ask to provide a new photo if they are not happy with the one attached to COPR?

Thank you!

Pics are required during last stage that is production.
They only ask that if it does not suit their requirement to scan and copy/hologram in card.

Anyone got PR card landed in Oct 2015?
New to this forum.
Going to visit home country on 10 feb.
Hoping for best.

Dear all,

I believe the below scenario is applicable for rejecting the photos .

1) you are inland applicant, and your photos is not verified by visa office
2) your photos submitted is not on the COPR .( added by visa office )

also please share with me if in Montreal airport they issue the SIN nom and how long the process takes to finalize all the landing procedures

As you can see on top ,

My photos are verified by lending officer in office cic where I become PR and I'm island application

Island application have a lending interwive the same as outland.

Here is the link with all people from Outland applications and there experience with a photos , they all got letter for new photos

So must be something else

I think you will get PR card by mid-January but I landed on Nov and I already booked a flight to my home country on Jan 13, maybe that Card will not arrived in time, only one option, I have to apply Permanent residence travel document, in order to return Canada with out PR Card.

We landed on 10th october 2015.
Gave my brother's toronto address during landing.
Returned back on 27th october because of children schooling and my job commitment and settle things for gud.
Our coprs which we submitted at airport were having our pics glued and with canadian embassy stamps.
Is it a problem. Or normal.
However we gave extra pics for all of us along with them.

question now

when do you became a permanent resident is it upon landing or receiving the PR card ,
