Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Hello,
I landed at the port of entry on the 2nd of December and became permanent resident , in the next 3 days my mailing address was updated to the one I provided at the CBSA agent at the airport, and yesterday my ECAS status was changed to "COMPLETED" from "Decision made" can anybody please suggest me that is the CIC updated with my landing event and in how many days can i expect my card processing to start?

Well i think Nekeol misunderstood aero's case, PR application status and PR card application status. I believe he did not intent to give false information. Remember that PR Card application in ECAS also has 'complete' status. Though not exactly the same when viewing its detail page.

So..how do we c heck pr card application status then??si it not the same as application status?do we have a seperate link to check pr card status

I think if you are a new PR, you can not track PR card application in ECAS as far as I know.

Well you are atleast able to access ECAS with application number/UCI. For me even that is not working.

I called them 3 times, first time they told me to wait until 06 Dec, and then 12 Dec, and now 26 Dec..

Landed on October 17th. Until a few days back was able to log in to ECAS to see that application status is complete. However now I am unable to access ECAS with UCI or Application number. Ever COPR/Record of landing number does not work. Anyone else facing the same issue?

I too landed on Oct 17th. For last one month or so, I can not access ecas with any of the numbers.

Yeah, Canada Post isn't going to be delivering on the 26th. CIC are just guessing as usual.

@ms-can - I had called CIC yesterday and they mentioned that i should be getting it around Christmas. Would be a nice present to end the year.
