They can't use this number as they aren't in Canada :

It might work with a Canadian skype number, but I've not tested this myself (since I'm in Canada I have no need to try).

Also, is there any number to call from outside Canada? Right now I am in USA and 1-888-242-2100 number isn't working and neither is +1-613-944-4000 number.
Please help!

If you have some friend,family in Canada they can be your representative and call that number for you ( 1(888)242-2100 ) go to cic.gc.ca and look for instruction as below.

Yah the number isn't working from outside of Canada and I guess, it needs a local number to call. By the way, does CIC inform you once they have sent the cards? There is simply no activity on my account except my Canadian mailing address being there. I also sent them an email and I have received no reply yet.

Nope, they don't tell you anything. It'd ruin the surprise.

Start counting your time from your landing date and not from the day you updated your address online. PR card processing is taking 66 days (from your landing date) these days. Add another week or two for delivery. You should get your card by the end of Jan or early Feb if one goes with the current estimate. And no news is good news as it means you don't need to update your photos etc.

Me and my family landed on November 18th, 2015 and we provided CIC our Canadian address notification information on October 22nd, 2015 (my relative's address) using the online form. After completing our visit to Canada (early December), we returned back to USA and we have been waiting for the PR cards since. It has crossed the 6 weeks limits and I have received no further communication from CIC after submitting the address notification. I am planning to move permanently to Canada by January/February.

I wonder how-much time is CIC taking for issuing the cards and if we don't receive our cards before the moving date, how would I actually enter Canada?

What happened to the 42 Day processing time which was 2/3 weeks ago, CIC is the worst.

Good day. I didnt receive any email from CIC regarding about photos, that can consider good news (no need to send new photos or still early to say about photos requirement?) CIC send that email by normal mail or by email?

How is your status of your PR cards? Did you call CIC recently? What did they tell you? As you and me are same boat, I am still waiting for my PR cards. I landed Sept 28th to Vancouver. How about you?

Hi Myat,
I landed on Sep 28 in Toronto and caught a connecting flight to Vancouver the same day. So technically, we are in the same boat. I received 3 out of 4 cards for my family on Nov. 20. My son's card was in processing the last time I called almost 2 weeks ago and I was asked to call back after Dec 10 if I don't receive it by then. I guess he will get the card with the new design whenever it arrives. I will call them on Friday in case it doesn't arrive in the next couple of days. When I talked to the agent, he asked me whether I got a letter from CIC asking for new photos so I guess it is sent by mail.

The theory is if you can sign in through COPR then your PR Card is either in processing or already printed and may be mailed to you

Landed on October 17th. Until a few days back was able to log in to ECAS to see that application status is complete. However now I am unable to access ECAS with UCI or Application number. Ever COPR/Record of landing number does not work. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Yeah they said processing time is 66 days so call after it has passed. well it does not really matter since we have already landed and have COPR but it would be nice to close the loop on the application once and for all..

Thats true...may be try later to login to ECAS using copr..as we discussed in this forum..if you are able to login using copr then they might have started to process your card...let us know the status here too..
