They received my Solemn Declaration on Oct 26th.
By that time, the application time was 42 days.

Today I tried to access my aplication status and couldn't. My heart almost stopped.

Then I found this information
"Please note that some citizenship applicants are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our e-Client Application Status online tool. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may refer to the processing times Web page for an estimate of how long it may take to process your application. Thank you for your patience."

Does anyone had the same issue?

I landed on Oct 7th in toronto. I have not received my PR card yet? Has anyone made landing around same date and received the PR card. I have not seen any updates online. I tried calling CIC @ 1 (888) 242-2100 i am currently in Canada. I get only automated messages and my call gets disconnected. I am unable to speak to any of the agents. my calls gets disconnected with the message all agents are busy at the moment. I have tried numerous times.Can someone pls help me on the information to reach the customer service . Thanks

You can try this number, follow its instruction and you will be able to reach an agent. I tried several times.

I still not yet receive our PR cards. hope either this week or next week can get our PR cards.

Does Ecas status for PR (visa) application changed to Complete mean PR Card application was submitted successfully or there are still chances that PR Card application may get delayed or additional information may be required from CIC ? Thank you!
