^ are you sure? cic call centre doesnt know much about actual processing. they just give you general info available over the internet.

i saw people said it was sent to them 2-3 weeks after pr card centre received the photos.

I landed on 7th October 2015 but my Ecas online status still showing DECISION MADE since, and my address has not change to my Canada address. Two weeks now,

Thats normal. you would see your status as complete when they actually process your file..which would take 40 days from your day of landing. Good luck.

Also make sure to change ECAS address - takes 1-2 weeks to reflect the new address... Call CIC and confirm the address as well...

Please can i call the CIC from Outside Canada as am presently out of canada?

We landed on Sep 15 and our status in ECAS still shows as 'Decision Made'. Could you please share the phone number / email that I can use to contact CIC?

Hi me too landed on 22 Aug 2015 I have not received my PR card as yet. On 6th Oct I contacted CIC & I was told my PR is approved and is in printing. Will you please share that on getting your PR card what status in ecase is showing is it COMPLETE or PR Card issued or dispatched. I am worried as no proper answer is given by the CIC agent. please share your experience.

Yes you can call CIC from outside Canada.. I did the same...If i were you i would update ECAS this week itself, eventhough you have given Canadian address at landing. Your address should be visible in 7-14 days after you initiated address change in ECAS.

Finally received our New PR cards
Landed on September 11th 2015 at Toronto Pearson airport.
PR cards Received 23rd October 2015
42 working days
All 5 members received our cards, no issues,
ECAS is still showing my old address and no update after 4th line.
I did not update my address after landing just gave the officer the correct address for posting my cards that's it. It arrived in the post yesterday.

Our photos from the same studio, exactly complying to the specs..

Same to me as well. We all took photographs at the same studio. I got a letter. My wife & son got PR cards..
