Hi robal, with reference to your question

yes in our ECS new canadian address was showing . We have given my relations address . it was only having postal code like L5D 3N* . It must have came on his post box from where he collected .

Seen many cases in the forum where the New address not updated but received PR card . For conformation it is better to call CIC and conform if the new address is updated in their system .

Best of luck
thanks g!! I will try to call them..

PR cards will only be mailed to post office (PO) boxes if the PO box is your residential mailing address

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5445ETOC.asp
check Question 13

If you provide us with a mailing address, all correspondence will be sent to this address. However, PR Cards will not be mailed to third party addresses. If you provide a third party address in Question 13, your PR Card will be sent to your residential address. PR cards will only be mailed to post office (PO) boxes if the PO box is your residential mailing address. If no residential address is provided, processing will be delayed until your residential address is provided.

if you have a 3rd party rep:
"...the PR Card will be mailed to the residential address once it has been provided by the client. As PR Cards are not mailed to P.O. boxes, clients who indicate a P.O. box instead of a mailing address will have to provide justification as to the reason they do not have an acceptable mailing address...."

Hi all!

I landed on July 25th at Niagara Falls. I see that now the processing times for new PR card is 59 calendar days, which means that according to these numbers, I should receive the card this week... But according to this thread, people who landed end of June/beginning of July are receiving their cards now. Should I call CIC, or just sit back and relax for another 2/3 weeks?

It would be awesome to receive my card this week or the next but to be fair, I do not expect it at all.

Hey Lilz,

I also got permanent residence on 25th July at Niagara Falls border.
Today I called CIC. The agent told me that 59 days is for your card to go for printing, It may take another 4 weeks for you to receive :(

Hello, wish you will get them very soon! How do you get these info on ECAS? what type of identification do you use? I am still getting my immigration application status as complete but nothing about PR cards!

I am accessing ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas) using my COPR number. Bear in mind, that the first time the PR card application showed in my ECAS was September 14th, 79 days after landing. Even though ECAS say they began processing my application on the 11th, on that day all I could see was a "Complete" for the previous process.

Yeah.. Looks like some June applications are not in very good shape.. :( not all though..
June 7th landed. still no card

To those who landed early June...have you called CIC to see why there is a delay?

I landed 27 May 2015 at the Washington/BC border but am still waiting for PR card. I called CIC today and the call centre agent told me that because they hadn't sent my card yet she would send them a message asking why. That was all the info they would give me...nearly four months and still no card.

I landed June 3, 2015
ECAS shows
We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 3, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 11, 2015.

no PR yet
something strange

I landed 29 May at YVR, no card... no ECAS status about card...
