Hi! Visa and CoPR expiry dates are tied to your medicals, which are valid for a year. So the expiry date, according to the dates you provided, will be August 24, 2015.

It is one year from the day RMO receives your Medial result, not from the day you completed your Medical.

I landed on 18th March. I called CIC today. The agent told me that my PR card was mailed on Friday and I would receive it in ten days. I wonder why it takes so long!

If you mean why mailing takes so long, it's because they use regular (snail) mail. I don't believe it's going to take 10 days though, unless you live really remote. They probably just say that as a general timing.

Same here. I landed on March 21. I called CIC this morning and they said same thing that card was mailed on Friday April 24. Hopefully we receive it soon.

Yeah, They received my medical report on September 3, 2014. Anything beyond August 10, 2015 is good for me. My pp is valid until 2019, so hoping I would get an immigrant visa expiry date not less than August 10, 2015.

Is there any way to check status of PR Card application? My eCAS shows "Complete" and AFAIK this is the final status. How do I know if the card has been sent?

Did you get PR card in the mail? My cars was also mailed on Friday April 24 at 1:45 pm still waiting for it in the mail
Guys any idea how long it takes to get mail from Sydney to Edmonton.
