Hi everyone,
my PR card application status appeared in ECAS on January 30, and now, several hours later, it disappeared again. I have no idea what this means.
I'd be glad to know if anyone heard about such cases before.

That happened to me too today!!! :o
The whole section disappeared this morning after it has been there for about 3 days!!!

In-spite I landed 20 days back at Vancouver airport, mine 5th line was not showing( became PR on ....)

Finally, called Vancouver airport and spoke to immigration...........They realized my landing is still pending. Is it not an error, as they forgot to enter my landing in the system. Immigration assured it will be entered within 24 hours.
What frustration!!

Good to know it's not a really unique situation.
I guess it shouldn't be a reason to worry for now. I'll post in this topic as soon as I have news.

I landed on December 20. According to ECAS status, which is now mysteriously gone, PR card processing started on January 29 and my request for PR card got approved on January 28 (right, before the processing started, which is also interesting - I couldn't find any other case like this).
ECAS still shows my Permanent Residency application as "Complete", but no sign of PR card application. Kind of frustrating to see it disappear for an unknown reason, but let's hope everything will be fine - the processing time is still within the normal limits.

Just thought to let you know, as this looks fairly unusual.

same happened to me, it was there yesterday dated January 28th but now it has disappeared

Please add my case here .. landed on 31 jan.

I wonder if there's someone who still can see their PR card application status, or if it disappeared for everyone.

Can anyone confirm they still see it?

Same for me.

Yup, mine seems to have disappeared as well. It seems like a glitch since it's affecting everybody across the board so hopefully it's resolved when they get back to work tomorrow :)

Hey dmitry, been a while. How u been?

At least this issue seems to be a general problem now. Hopefully they fix it soon.

On another note, I thought my tiny obsession with checking eCAS would have subsided now that my PR application is complete and I've landed. But alas, it begins again with me checking if the system has been updated for the PR card application :-X ::).

Happy to know they finally "found" evidence of your landing. Shame on them for having it pending for so long. I was fortunate in that mine was updated immediately and I was able to get my SIN right after, before even leaving the airport (a Service Canada was set up right beside Immigration at Pearson).

hi all,

how much time at a stretch we can stay outside Canada after we got PR cards. Is there any restriction that you cannot stay more then 6 months.
