Well In this case other option can be, Do landing at time of returning back from Vacation .

Yes, I would suggest doing your landing after you return from vacation as long as your COPR is valid of course. That's what I am doing! Then you don't have to worry about waiting for PR card or getting a travel document. Do you travel, land on your way back and then wait for your PR card.

Anybody did landing on First week of December (1-5) got PR card in process in e-cas?

Me&husband called call center today (as they asked us to call if dont receive by 7t-8th) they said max is 2nd feb( assuming if there is no issue).

My query:

While validation he ask me phone no.since its my husband no. (I suppose the cc guy would have guessed as my husband inquired abt his card status first n gave that same no.) I took some time to check on my mobile since it was not on top my head as its new no. and i hardly have to call him. I told i need to check my phone. Didn't explain that its husband blah blah....
So though silly it may sound i want to know will this create any doubt in cc guy n delay my process. I have trave plan out of country sometime soon that's why little concern.

Any thoughts/experience in this matter is appreciated.

that is normal. you do not need to take any action, as long as your home address is same as your address in canada.

You can a give call to CIC to double check the same.
In my case, I have changed my address after landing and ECAS still showing as the old address where as the call center confirmed it has updated with the new address.
It looks like the ECAS address is not changing after the PR process completes.

No updates in the ECAS still.

Hi,
I was landed on Dec 10 and i called CIC on tuesday. they said PR card will come around 26 January
Even i dont see any update still shows Complete.
