Hi

Landed November 15th, called CIC when we passed the 29 day processing time advice given by the CIC web page.

Very nice officer advised that the cards were in manufacture and we should see them early Jan.

I noted today that the PR card processing time has increased to around 33 days for new residents.

Thx

Thanks for the info. The processing time has gone up by 14 days while I've been waiting. I'm moving addresses on the 31st so I might have to have it sent to my work to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the info. I landed on November 24. So, based on the info you provided I should wait till next week.

Happy Holidays..

Hi my husband landed at Niagara Falls (Rainbow Bridge Border) on Sept. 3 2014. Till now he has not received his PR card. Online it says "Complete" under Permanent Resident Application. It doesn't say anything or anywhere about PR card. We called CIC many many many times and they keep telling us either "Pending" or "Processing". They said everything is fine they don't know what is happening. The last time we called, the lady said "You called already; stop calling so many times. Call us back after 4 months" My husband got very mad at her and told her you cant tell me what to do and he said he was going to report her. She got afraid of course so she said please be patient the card will come. I cannot give you an exact date. He told her I will call back and speak to another agent next week. Now we don't know what to do. We wanted to go to the states for vacation and now we cannot go anywhere because the PR card is not here. Anyone can help me or give me some advice or anyone in the same situation as me?

Hi,
there's no charge for the PR card when landing. Where you've got such info from?
