Hi,

I got the COPR on July and I cannot land due to some commitments, My validity says till May 2015, can I land any time before May 2015 or is there any restrictions.

You can land anytime before your validity date.

Also Please let me know whether we need to apply for the SIN immediately after landing and any other process.

Hello, I submitted my passport to Ottawa today and the photo size I included
Is 35x45mm. Is there a problem with that size or they really need the standard canadian passport size

Have you ever checked your ECAS status during your CEC application? It's the same place.

Does anyone receive letter saying that photos are not compliant to produce PR card and requesting for new photographs?

If CIC requested for new photographs for PR card due to compliance requirement, How long they would take to produce and dispatch PR cards after receiving the photos?

Greatly appreciated any information on this....

That is also my question to this thread but unfortunately nobody responded.
I just sent my passport yesterday and the photo size I included is 35x45mm.

Ya, its the same page but chose permanent card option.

After they received my photos, I got my card in 1.5 weeks.

Not always. I had to apply for a new SIN a week after landing.

is the card mailed or you have to pick it up from a local CIC office...on my ecas there is a link which describes the status of the PR card application in detail...there is a line in it which says if your card application is approved we will contact you to collect it from your local nearby CIC office...

That's a first. Pretty much everyone gets their card mailed to them.

My application status on Ecas shows "Complete" and the last update says "You entered Canada at the Niagara Falls Rainbow Bridge office on September 6, 2014 and became a Permanent Resident." How and where can I track my PR card status. Can someone please help?

For some people there will be another section in ECAS for PR card status, but not everyone. I didn't have that even after I received my card.

hey ive just had the same info from CIC call centre to say PR card has not been issued as under review, im freaking out. Im in the process of buying a house :/

I landed August 9th, she said they write to me. No timeline nothing
