They sailed right past me :(

Looks like Rainbow bridge landing processing just a little faster.

Don't you worry, my friend, they didn't sail past you, it is all random as you know... You will get it soon as well! I didn't get it myself yet, the fact it was mailed out does not mean I got it... If they deliver express envelopes to the wrong address as we all had an opportunity to see when it happened to one of us, nobody knows what the hell is gonna happen to a regular envelope...

Hi everyone:

A question to those who have already traveled with their PR card, are we required to have CoPR stapled to our passport?

If we are, can it be a copy of CoPR, not the original? I wanna keep the original at home, don't wanna have it ruined after 2-3 travels...

Valid PR card + passport should be enough to re-enter Canada. CoPR has "Not Valid for Travel" written on it ;)

Hi,

I received my PR card, but got a request to retake the photos for my spouse and daughter.

Can anyone let me know the number of photos to be taken? As initially we had submitted 6 copies each.

As per the instructions for PR card here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5445ETOC.asp#5445E4, look under Photographs sections.

You will need two photographs. But, in many cases where photos were requested, the applicant was asked to visit their offices for the photos to be taken in person.
