Processing time just updated in CIC site for Permanent Resident Card
Now it is "28 calendar days"

Could someone please provide a link to a spreadsheet with ppl who are waiting for the PR cards? I want to start tracking the progress. Thanks in advance.

My son followed up with CIC today and was informed by the officer ( he was put on hold for long15 minutes ) that verification process has been completed and PR CARDS should reach on our address within four weeks.

Would strongly suggest to all friends having file under varification to keep chasing CIC.

Waiting game comes to an end today when my son received the PR Ccards for the whole family (2 + 3).

"Not to panic" is the only suggestion i can give to all friends in this forum who have their files under varification.

Waiting game comes to an end today when my son received the PR Ccards for the whole family (2 + 3).

PR Cards have been received but no change in the status of my ecas ( no additional window for PR CARDS).

You landed on July 10, 2014, right? I landed on the 12th, I hope my window will get updated as well, just checked ECAS, nothing so far...

I landed on May 13th, called them two weeks ago, said my PR mailed out on July 17th, i will get it 5 to 10 days. but I still didn't receive anything. called again today, she told me to fill a form after August 28th, and then they will send me another one. Don't know how long that's going to take. not expecting to receive mine in 2014, maybe if I am lucky enough, I will receive by next year. Does anyone know how to get our PR number? I need it to register course.

Did you check with CIC that cards were posted by them on the address given by you. Reading various posts in this forum, i notice that in many cases cards had been mailed on wrong address.

Yep on the 10th. You will get your ECAS update by next Friday for sure. ECAS is updated every Tuesday or in the weekend.

Congratulations! Only link to check is via ECAS.

Things you will need to do are:
1. Update SIN number
2. Update health insurance
3. Provide SIN number to employer.

CRA etc., are automatically notified by Service Canada about change in status.
