Not yet buddy, I received mine yesterday and need to check the mailbox today (and I am negative about it). However, I did call the CIC today to inquire on whats going on with my spouse PR card, as per the agent, the status is "in printing" and that I should not be worrying about it.

They did mention that each and every PR card application is treated as independent application (not as a batch / family) and that there are chances that the family members might be receiving the cards in different dates.

Good luck with your kids card and keep us posted.

"Long Journey came to an end"...... personally, I would not say "its an end" but rather "a start" to a new beginning / life on this land of opportunities. And yes, I have begun my journey and am looking forward for a peaceful and happy life here.

Just my 2 cents and no offense to anyone.

:-) I am sure that it is on the way for you too!

Hello all,

What phone number you are calling to find out the status of PR card?

Thank you.

Card arrived:

Issued 20 June (72 days after landing)
Arrived 26 June (78 days)

So I guess the 72 day estimate is realistic for cards being processed now.

anyone else from April between April10th - April 20th received their card??

and Congrats to all who received it.. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Guys, there is no 72 or 86 days rule to anything! It is just how fast the officers get to your file. They want to clear out the backlog as quickly as possible.

All the best to everyone who is waiting. Take care and believe in the best!

Who said it was a rule? :) It's the estimate on their site.

I would say this thread and the spreadsheet are equally good tools for estimating how long your card might take.
