I called cic call centre agent today the agent was nice he said my family pr cards was issued on 12th june at sent to the address specified at time of landing however not got the cards yet and guess what they have sent my wife card to wrong address and wrong province. They said they will need to time to investigate as some1 else also landed in my wife name I dont know what went wrong hope its get shorted out soon. Has anyone gone through this experience?

Agree that 72 is too optimistic currently. I waited 88 days - received my card yesterday, landed March 23.

I think it's different for everyone.

I had "decision made" a few weeks after my medicals had been received. Shortly after, I received the COPR.
A while after I landed, status changed to "completed". It kept like this for the longest time. Did not check in June. When I checked this week, it said again "decision made" and a day later the card was in my mailbox.

My status also changed to "Decision Made" again, about 1 months after completing the landing... It's still 2 months too early
for my PR card to arrive, but maybe it's a sign that the processing has begun.

At this rate we'll all be In Progress next week and should expect AOR by July. Also watch for a charge on your credit card a week after that. ;D

Does your status show Complete or Decision Made now?

So... unsurprisingly, the CIC call centre does not have information about what amounts to a technical problem in eCAS... and anyone who called them was advised to expect their PR cards within the estimated timeframe that the website provides.

I'm just surprised they reduced the estimate so suddenly - perhaps this estimate applies only to people who are landing now?

Landed on March 19th,2014 and received the PR card today and card has the date as June 16th. My ECAS says "We were unable to process your request"

My status also changed to "Decision Made" again, about 1 months after completing the landing... It's still 2 months too early

My status on ecas has also changed from "completed" to "decision made", does this mean that they have started working on the processing of my PR card?

I have been unable to access my ecas for the last 3 days- and finally got through to the cic call centre. The agent told me that as per her records my PR card was despatched to my friend's address that I had given during landing. (and not to the one that i later updated online).

I called up my friend and he checked his mailbox and found it sitting there.

Here are my observations based on my case and what others have posted-

1. If you are unable to access your ecas- it's highly likely that your case is being worked on, and your card is being despatched.

2. There is a chance that the card might be sent to the address given during landing, and not your updated address.

3. Based on the recent posts- it is clear that they are working on cases of landing between March 15th to March 29th (approximate timeframe).

4. Based on their published wait times, the sudden influx of pr cards received, and the response i got from the call centre agent- CIC have finally started clearing the backlogs and started sending out PR cards. Hopefully this will translate to lesser wait time for people who landed recently.
