Hi, I am trying to login today on ecas to check my pr card status but strangely its not working i tried several times still its giving this message 'We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again'

The ecas was working fine with the information inputed as of yesterday. Any one also having same issues?

I am having the same error message too. It was working fine until last evening. Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch.

Funny enough my e-case status changed from completed to decision made. It must be a serious bug in the system.

I tried to log into my ECAS. It also changed from Complete to Decision Made ...But when I click into it, I can still see my landing date on it.

Same here, after reading your post, I checked my ECAS status as well. It changed from "Complete" to "Decision Made" Weird. I landed on April 23rd in Winnipeg. Hopefully will get my card soon.

Same for me. Maybe they've decided issuing PR card is part of completion and it really is as there's no need for a separate application. Status should become complete after PR card is issued.

After seeing all the comments here, when I logged on to my ecas.. I see "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."
Earlier it was showing status for PR Application as Complete

My status changed to DM today , but I did my landing on March 26, 2014. it used to show COMPLETE... no sure what is going on....

Same here my status changed from complete to decision made ... if everybody has that so i guess it's either a problem in their system or something related to pr card process ... no worries

I'm also in DM but it didn't delete the actual lines - it still shows line 5 where it tells me I became a permanent resident. Maybe now they are only considering those who received a PR card as "Complete"?
