Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

I landed on march 2nd and still nothing.

I contacted CIC and the girl has no idea what's going on. She says all the information is there but for some reason is taking longer than normal. She said she will contact the local office and they will mail me more information about the situation.

I am really worried that something has gone wrong.

may b they sent for review ?

Landed on Match 18. Was told that my card was finally sent yesterday......

Landed on March 29 2014. No news or status update yet. Called CIC today, was told that they are processing the PR Cards of immigrants who landed on 22nd March 2014 (as of now); and I should expect the PR cards by early to middle of July. The helpline agent sounded to be a young woman and relatively new. Not sure why these long delays are but it is very inconvenient for everyone, especially new immigrants like me, who needs to travel outside Canada.

FYI I got my PR 6 days ago and E cas does not show anything about PR till date

88 days in total including mailing!!

I'm in Montreal, so not too far from
Nova Scotia processing office, I guess
that helped with quicker mailing.
