Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

I got my passport request today which is a great news. I just need some help in the landing process.

I have a US Visa and my wife's US visa expired on April 17. How can I do landing along with my wife?

Yes you can do landing, at the US border just say you are "flag poling" that should do good.

Anybody have their Ecas shows PR card in progress for those who landed after 20th Feb ? I landed on 23rd Feb, Card not received yet also no Card processing status in Ecas .

we landed on feb 18 (family of 4).

last thursday we received 3/4 pr cards.my wife's pr card was not included.

i checked our ecas status...pr card states "completed".

anyone with the same scenario? could it be a photo issue for my wife? could it be that it went for "verification" process?

what makes it worst...we Are outside canada..quite difficult to call cic.

Me also I got 4/5 I am also outside Canada and I called CIC they have informed me that its under verification...you may dial this number +16139444000 ...

I landed on 22nd Feb. Same status as urs.. card not received and no processing status in ECAS

I have contacted CIC call center today, they said there are some delay ,You need to add 2weeks to the processing time shown in website

I'm assuming you have nothing else that they will accept? I'm not saying to do this, but I'd keep driving if i had to (not wanted to) and if I get stopped by Police I'd let them know the situation, It's nothing on my part that I have failed to do, it's a crack in the system and I shouldn't be punished for it.

Easy to say man! Police won't know about this process, and driving with an expired license is against law. I know this is unfortunate, but it is what it is I am also waiting and landed on March 1.

1.did the cic folks asked if you are inside canada when you called that number?

2.what is your ecas status for your pr card application? is your status "completed"?
