One guy got his pr card today. Landed 3 october
Based on this, I am assuming the PR card processing is reduced to 34 days...lets see..cic processing times should be updated by tomorrow morning...

Your math is wrong :D Nov 20 minus Oct 3 is like 48 days.

It's calendar days according to the CIC website, not working days.

And 48 days conforms to the trend reported in this thread (see the Google Spreadsheet on the previous page).

In the shared google doc:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AsFmKvHOgoF5dGh0d2Q1VDJDOE5iRGFwZ1ZtRmdfSEE

I added a new stats called "Average Processing Time (Tracking sheet since September)". I think it's more relevant than the old "Average Processing Time (Tracking sheet)", as there's definite some noticeable change to the average processing time since this sheet started in May.

Also, as a result, added a new column "Expected Date (based on average since September)". I think this column should give a more accurate sense of when it will arrive.

Now it increases to 45 days again....

45 days seem more reasonable. Recent trends in this thread are about 47 days... Maybe CIC calculated wrong in the last few weeks ;D

Landed 16th November
Please update the info.
The officer who deal with our PR sad right now it will be long wait about 9-12 week to get the PR Card.
Lets hope for the best.
Thanks everyone for updates!

Alhumdulilah, got our PR cards after 55 days of landing there :)
Landed on 27th Sept 2013

I landed on 28th September and have not received my PR card yet. I called CIC last thursday and the guy said your card will be dispatched on friday. Today I again called them and person said your file has not been started to process. It may take another 45 days to process it. I dont know what to do? I have to travel oversees on Dec 6th. People landed on same date have already recieved it last week or even before. This is so unfair >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( . Any sugesstion if I have to travel without PR card, then what can i do to re-enter in canada? Please suggest guys.

I landed on Sep 25 and am in a similar situation but my card has been delayed due to problem with the photos I originally submitted. I resubmitted the photos and it reached Sydney, NS on Nov 18. One way to re-enter Canada is to fly to US and drive from US to Canada by road by showing ur COPR and provided you have a US visa. Second way is ti apply for a travel document from outside Canada to the nearest Canadian Consulate.

I also have a travel planned for Dec 26 and have to apply for a travel doc from India to re-enter Canada, but are you sure your card has been delayed for no reason..please double check with CIC..

They said your file is due and they see no reason for this delay. They put a note today and cant do anything to process it urgently. The guy said its not in their hands to process it, they can only put a note. He asked me to wait another 45 days to get it. This is so ridiculous. >:(
