Is it 45 working days or is it including the weekends?

Can you please let me know of the CIC tel number to follow up the case.

Its Calendar days. and the call centers number is 1-888-242-2100. You need a lot of patience when u call them.
Remember to call them again if you don't get the right answer. They are known to either lie or not tell you the complete information.

I sent my photo via Canada Post on 3/1, don't know if they've got the photo

I mailed mine by Fedex and requesting signature .. So that's how I know when and who received my mail.

Hi, i have been told that the card has been dispatched. They say it could take up to Six weeks to get to us.

But knowing from previous posts, if they have actually put it in the mail, it should not take more than 4/5 business days.

Lets see !!! fingers crossed.

Maybe this info can help,
Cic print phone request for me on Feb 26th, date on envelope was Feb 29th, I received mail yesterday - March 7th. So that's mean 6 business days, also I'm in Kelowna .

Checked with CIC agent this morning, my card has been sent to my home address on March 04.
PR card waiting time : 128 days

I called CIC today the guy just said please wait after resubmitting photos. So you received the PR card or just the agent told you?

Landed: January 19, 2016 at Vancouver
PRC received on March 8, 2016
No photo re-submission request

I asked her why 6 weeks, she said the card send out and return to cic takes min. 6 weeks time.

Usually they won't answer just ask you to check the courier

Hi Satbeer,
I have a similar case where my passport has been requested by ND office & I am in Canada.

I have submitted the passport to CPC-O as they gave me this option too. I have a couple of questions & would be grateful if you could help me out --

1. I how many days did the CPC-O return your PP with the immigration visa
2. The immigration visa is valid for how many months, as I am also planning to visit India & return for completing the final process to acquire the PR.
