So far i have noticed that PP that reached on 28th/29th have got their tracker activated yesterday.

Mine reached on 30th still not activated. but i had to resend PP Photo my wife which the requested later which reached ottawa on 6th Nov, So i am expecting little delay.

I got passport request on 28-Oct, sent on 29th and received in Ottawa 30-Oct. waiting for return tracker to get activated.
