yes, it does help the others to keep track of the progress and current trends.
I am happy to report that my tracker got activated today.
I guess early next week I'll have my passport back. Hopefully everything worked out.
CIC recieved my passport on Nov 8th, 2013, so it took them only 15 days to process. That's pretty good I think.

Please keep the tracker updated. I have transferred the data on google sheet. Its more easy to update.

My tracker is activated today Nov.22 at 18:24.
CIC received my passport on Nov.7
So roughly it takes them about half month to issue my VISA and CoPR.

Any one who sent the passport on Oct 24 to 28 recived the passport back or tracker activited... People who sent the passport on Nov 7 and 8 tracker has activated on Nov 22.

But could not found any documents attached to that Email.

Oh! I did not know that US is exception. then you are good! except that you don't have to tell theofficer that you are planning to leave Canada immediately. They won't like it.

Hard to say, not much feedback for november yet. I sent mine in november, and tracker got activated 15 days after they received it.
So assume two-three weeks.

Average Processing time should be around 20 days.
I only saw very few people received their passport within 10 days since PPR.

Any one recived the Passport who sent Oct 20 to Oct 30 ?

You should email CIC and kindly inquire about the status.
Please quote your name, your application number and your UID. That should be enough for them to find your application.
You definitely should be receiving it shortly. good luck!
