Waiting + 3 months since test/interview to DM. Anyone else?

I had a test on February , I passed the 13 month since I applied and still in process. I called they told me everything is done ,I think they are busy .

Let me get this straight. You mean you called the IRCC call centre "after" the 12 months period passed and they told you everything is done?
and still you have no oath invite?

Ya exactly. She told me seems every thing is done but there is no note on it . I will send the note to them to check your file. I told her you are saying every thing is done so why I am still in process . She said they are busy maybe they forgot .

Wow! That's just too bad. I guess these guys/gals at IRCC do not really have targets they have to hit or anything.

Cleared the test on June June 13th and have been stuck on DM with still.no invite for the
