Visitor visa for parent-in-law

Hello to all,

I would like to ask if I can apply visitor visa for my parent-in-law. Me and my spouse both are PR in Canada and I’m applying on my husband’s behalf through my GC key portal. We both are working and have ongoing Employment. I’m confused if I can do or specifically need to do from my husband? Also while doing documentation I want to ask I need to scan all documents for proof of finances on my end in the same place with my in laws?
It will be really appreciated if someone can help?
