I am young, female, German, always lived in Germany until 2012 then moved to Canada. Never served in military. Went to school, did an apprenticeship, started working and studied in the evenings. Security checks are clear. So pretty boring
Do they check if I really worked where I mentioned I worked? Do they check if I went to the school I mentioned? Or is it just about security, crime history, etc.

they just check to see is you have a police record anywhere. Anywhere that you stayed for more than 6 months and your country of origin. That's why you have to submit the clearance of police record from each and everyone of them. plus they have to check that the claims are legit

i know it is long waiting time , are you in process from Backround Checks, that is the last process .

Yea even including Accra VO, I had been checking their thread regularly, a feb 2012 fsw applicant just got her MR and all others up until August 2011 Applicants got their MRs around July-August and they have already gotten their Visas now almost few weeks after the medical request. All these VOs are visibly progressing in line with expectations, it is only our own VO that remains in an inexplicable state of coma.

And without any explanation whatsoever.
The comatose condition began after the closure of Berlin and Belgrade VOs last April - at first, this was kind of to be expected, because of reorganization issues. However, nothing has happened since (at least in economic classes, I am only aware of two pre-c50 cases which were processed and finalized this spring).
