hi kagpia, which province u are going to? the family expenses may differ a lot among different provinces. Basically a family of 4 should be spending around 5k to 8k (including rent and everything)

78.5% in 12
61% in bachelors
3.61 gpa in masters from USA.
IELTS 7.
will I be able to get a student visa for canada for MBA.

Hi, can anyone please comment about the requirement for study permit? On CIC's website, it says that, "proof that you’ve paid the tuition fees for your first year of study". But what will happen in the event the study permit is not approved? Does it mean that one will loose the money that was paid?
Also, is there any credit if the student has family members in Canada to support for food and shelter?

Hello! Most schools have a refund option. Better check the process with the school you applied for. The ones I’ve checked usually processes a refund if visa is not approved, less some administrative charges.
With regard to family support, you can indicate it in your SOP as part of your plan and proof of fund.
I got a request for passport and I sent it to the ircc office few days ago ,will be getting it back by the end of the week . As my university classes already started I decided to postpone my studies to next term and will be deferring it . But the problem is about the medicals. I have taken them way before in March 2018. Will I have to take the exam again .? Even if I took the exam again how to submit/update them to my account (since I already got my visa)?
Please advise what are my chances for study visa.
