Please tell me when your eligibility passed. Just want to know till last week your eligibility and security status is like “Not started” and with in a week everything is passed and got the confirmation mail right. Are you currently staying in BC?

Let me break it down for you. The agents work on file and leave notes without updating the status of some application. In some folks GCMS note you will see they call IRCC and the status of the eligibility is “not started” but in their notes there is calculation done for eligibility. They approve most people like that.

If you want to know your status I’ll suggest you order GCMS notes. Or better still when next you call, kindly ask the agent to look into the notes made by the agent, that will give you an idea of what is going on because some agent don’t update the file itself.

As per webform reply from last week, nothing started except criminality, which was in progress. I assume everything was done in a day. Yes I live in BC.

her AOR is Feb 17 and VO was Vancouver,
she called IRCC and they say:
Visa office changed to Etobicoke
Eligibility is: Recommended Passed,
Background Check: Security in progress, Criminality not started

Is this a good sign?

Definitely a good sign passing eligibility and starting security. Only a matter of time (even if its still takes quite a while)

2 people got ecopr today from Vancouver Vo one with AOR Jan 31 and other with Jan 22. Both the applications primary VO is Vancouver. Any one received portal confirmation from this group please update us

Just called IRCC, the agent said Eligilibility, Criminality, Security are all passed, just wait for final decision, AOR Feb 2. I asked will I get the portal email or copr in next few days, the agent said she didn’t think so, but she suggest me to keep checking my accounts. I also got a DO NOT REPLY email after I called IRCC, that’s never happen before.
