Valid Police Certificate

Could someone please advise... I am only a few days off posting my application, and my police certificate and traffic history report (australia) were issued on 4th and 5th February. I have read they need to be no older than 3 months... is that as of the date they receive the application in Canada?? OR does it have to be valid for when it reaches my selected visa office (Sydney). It seems to take about a month to get to Sydney which does mean that it will be past the 3 months. I changed from inland to outland and had to wait for a month for my medicals to get done so now I am in the crunch time so want to check on this before I send it off... so many little things to think of!!

Perfect, I am still on schedule... well at least the 3rd time frame that I had in mind, but dont wish to push back sending it off any longer!!!
