US Visa on Travel Document not returned at renewal

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for the renewal of my Refugee Travel Document (RTD). Along with my application, I submitted my expired RTD, which contains a valid 10-year U.S. visa. I also included a letter requesting that the expired travel document be returned to me because of the valid visa it contains.

Today, I received my new RTD, but I did not receive my previous RTD with the U.S. visa.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What should I do next?

As i see before some posts they experience samething and send it back the expired rtd by separate mail.if you didn't receive within 30 days call ircc.

Your previous Refugee Travel Document will be securely destroyed unless it contains a valid visa and you can request to have it returned to you.

For my case, it had a valid visa, and we included a letter in the application package. It has not yet been returned and it has now been 3 weeks.
