If you send additional documents, using the UCI # given at SA , will they be able to match that to the principal applicant as I reading the sponsor and principal applicant are getting different UCI #, could this be a reason they are losing documents?

Quick question, CIC received our immigration on Tuesday june 2, how long does it normally take to receive a letter stating they received our application. Thank you in advance

I put both my partner's UCI and my application number on my police clearance and it made it just fine. I also included every other detail I could think of.. names, birthdates, places of birth, etc.

New Rules...@ the 15 month point they either have to approved deny or ask for medical again...http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/assess/cert.asp

Yea I sent in the FBI clearance beginning of May and only put my sponsor's UCI so hopefully it did not get lost.... I ordered notes to see if it got attached to the application. In the meantime I might just get another one to be safe.... :-\

They do not send AORs with Outland applications anymore. When they do, it arrives with SA, so you'd have to check the current wait times for SA.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp

Currently taking 56 days, that number changes weekly.

I received an email from CIC today asking me to email a receipt for PPR. I was also asked to send in a copy of my police record in AZ from 1998? They have the FBI record yet I guess they want details. No address was provided however?? Anyone know where I send it? I am a bit confused as to IF they're asking for an FBI record again OR just the State copy? thx

I found the address :)

You need to get the documents from the presiding court. In my case, it was a letter of dismissal from the court that I included with my FBI check, case #, outcome stamp and all.

They attached the copy of my FBI clearance 3 weeks after it was received. CIC call centre agent confirmed for me it was attached to my application on 05/27/15 ... They revived it May 07,2015

I have read that different UCI #s have always been the case. UCI (Unique client ID) is unique to each individual.

Im not sure if things have changed since late last year but they were not sending AORs before. We didn't hear anything until we got SA.

I'd like to know the answer to this, too! Good question.

Does anyone know the answer?
