I have applied for a study permit and I have been asked to upload this document: "Client Information: Receipt of information from client Additional Information".
I don't know if I just have to send my previous client information or there is something wrong or missing in it that I must first correct that. can someone please help me?
The letter didn't say anything more and I just do not understand why a replacement is needed when I have already uploaded this. I feel like I must do something more than just uploading the previous one, but I don't know what. please someone help me in this.
