I have a doubt regarding below:
my parents would like to visit Canada this June. My PR application has been approved and I have been granted PR (stamped passport with COPR received). But I have not landed yet and intend to do so by late Sep. In the "find out if you are eligible to apply for visitor visa", should my parents answer "yes" to "do you have a family member who is a permanent resident" or "no" since I have not yet landed.
