I am collecting my documents for full application to CHC SINGAPORE,
I have total five year of experience and i am applying with NOC Code 0213 (last job more then a year), as my second last job in year 2006 I worked for two months full time for a company in UK, i have appointment letter and a brief experience letter from the company.
now i asked the company for a fresh reference letter, the company has been sold and they don't have much of information as it went into receivership and an other legal firm is maintaining the records. so they simply said we can see from the records that you worked here but we can not confirm your job duties.
I tried to contact the Ex Director of the company who agreed to give the reference.
My Question is what should i do about the reference:
1. As it is other NOC Code and simply 2 months job period, should i simply send the notarized copies of appointment letter and experience letter i have.
2. Should I providein addition to the above an affidavit stating job duties I performed there as a declaration with the copy of the receivership certificate i got from the company.
3. Should i take an email from the Ex Director (who signed my appointment letter) stating the job duties I performed during my employment with the company under him, with his contact number and email for confirmation. Note that he is no longer working with same company.
I am so confused and I have to submit my full application soon.
